A vision without a task is but a dream.
A task without a vision is drudgery.
A vision with a task is the hope of the world.

Here it is in astrological terms....
A vision (Neptune) without (the negative expression of an opposition) a task (Saturn) is but a dream (i.e. Neptune on its own...fantasy)
A task (Saturn) without a vision (Neptune) is drudgery (i.e. Saturn on its own.... dreary mundane life devoid of something uplifting and trascendent)
A vision (Neptun) with (put the opposition together) a task (Saturn) is the hope of the world.
